Summary:

Hi Folks

We have an issue where the payload of transformed message adding creation time by 4 hours due to server in UTC time

user is doing trasnction in EST time zone and and want creation date should populate as status date.

we tried to customize payload but its not working.

Either status date should populate in the payload or creation date should show -4 hours

please let me know how we can achive this ?
