Product Notice: Eloqua Program Bypass History Auto Shut Off [Aug 2024]

Overview

With the arrival of Eloqua release 24C (Aug 2 - 16, 2024), an auto shut off will be introduced for Program Bypass History to prevent service interruption and slowness.

What’s changing?

With Eloqua 24C, an auto shut off will be introduced for Program Bypass History which will disable Program Bypass History by Program Canvas if for the last 30 days the average daily bypass volume is above 1 million.

When the Program Bypass History is disabled a “Program Bypass Report Disabled” message will appear next to the Refresh button when opening the Bypass Report and an “ProgramBypassHistoryDisabled” Audit Log entry will be created.
