Enable expired licences to be displayed in the front end on Talent Profile

Hi there,
Not sure if this has been asked elsewhere but is there a way we can configure the system to enable expired Licences and Certifications to be remain displayed in the front end on Talent profile and not 'drop off' once expiry date is reached?
