VB Add-In: Default Value for Field not sent in Payload. Purchase Requisitions

Summary:

We have set the default value as False for the 'Externally Managed Flag' field of Purchase Requisition Header in the VB Add-In template.

Value is defaulting for the field but field is not being sent in the Payload. We are facing similar issue for few other fields as well. Appreciate your inputs to resolve the issue.
