Expense Report status does not exactly match the detailed status as in the Report History details

In expense reports, the status of expense report is always “Ready for payment" for both scenarios:
1) Auditor completes audit and not clicking Submit button
2) Auditor completes audit and clicks Submit button

But upon clicking Status link, the Report History shows the status for each scenario above:
1) Auditor completes audit and not clicking Submit button - Expense auditor completed approved
