How to customize url in push campaign?

Hi,

The customer wants to send push campaign with an url with dynamics parameters where they are taken with the record is been processed in a program?

Like record 1 → google.com?parameter1=value1&parameter2=value2

Record2 → google.com?parameter1=value3&parameter2=value4
