switch off address change approval notification if updated by employee in onboarding journey

Summary:

we want to switch off the address approval notification if address has been added/changed by employees as part of onboarding journey task, is this feasible to fetch journey related details in BPM rules.

we already have switched off "bypass approvals" for address change in Transaction console - approval rules - Change Address(personal information)
