Summary:


The total outstanding amount in USD for a site. On-account or unapplied cash is taken into consideration to reduce the outstanding amount.
Is it possible to calculate the outstanding amount in Functional Currency ?
If cash is applied on the Customer level (not site), would that be considered in calculating the Total Receivable Balance ? If Delinquency Strategy assignment is at site level.
