Message/Smart Tip overlap with Process Guide

edited Jun 19, 2024 1:55PM in Oracle Guided Learning 3 comments

Situation: We have a custom message that appears in add absence when you select a certain absence type and that pops up advising users to 'click here to launch the guide' if they need help. (This is set up with a branch). This works perfectly.

Issue: If user is already running the absence process guide, we get an overlap with both things running as shown in the image. (the top one is the message, the second circled in yellow is the step in the process guide)

Question: What do I need to do /what settings can I use so that if the process guide is already running, the message does not show. I used to be able to do this with customising the source code when it was a smart tip, but unable to do so now. I have also tried setting the below activation condition at the activation settings level which doesnt work.
