How to create Machine Learning Model for any Object (Apart from Accounts)

Summary:

I am trying to create a custom Machine Learning Model for the contact object but system is providing me just two use cases:

Account Deduplication
Similar Accounts.

As per the below article:

I should be able to create custom models for :

Account
Contact
Opportunity
Sales Lead

But there options are not available in the below environment :

If I need to configure a

new Machine Learning for a contact object in oracle sales. Is it feasible or not?
