PAYG account terminated

My Pay-as-you-Go account was terminated by system and marked as inactive. How do I reactivate??

I opened the account using free tied and upgraded to Pay-as-you-go. After not logging in for a few months while focusing on other priorities, my account was terminated by the system and there is no process to re-activate. Support suggested reaching out to legal. Functional infrastructure should not require babysitting at the control plane. What is the best next course of action? another cloud provider or going back on prem?
