Asset inspection in reciprocal maintenance organisation

Summary:

We have an asset that has an operating organisation and that organisation has a reciprocal relationship with some other maintenance organisations

Business case is that we want to create maintenance work orders through asset inspection in one of the reciprocal maintenance organisations e.g SERV_IL. Issue is that in SERV_IL the asset is not available for asset inspection. I can create work orders for the asset manually without a problem.

Business case is that depending on the results of the inspection we need to create work order with different work definitions in the SERV_IL. If I change operating organisation to SERV_IL I can create asset inspections in SERV_IL.
