How to enable Export options when analysis added to Reports and Analytics

Enable export options below a report from an analysis

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We have created custom analysis and made them available from Reports and Analytics within work areas (e.g. Inventory Management, Work execution).

When we open the analysis, there is no option to export or print the report (they are available when accessing in edit mode within OTBI).

How to make them available like in the screenshot below? The only thing I see is 'Create Bookmark Link'.
