How to modify Journal batch name for all journals and add period and created by objects

Summary:

Our client is using EBS R12 as their legacy system and currently they have to automate the journal batch name user need not provide the details automatically system pick the detail of Users initials who creating the journal, Period details and journal batch sequence number.

As per the below oracle documentation Period details, Batch number has not been populated by the system in case of Spreadsheet and subledger journals.
Please provide how we can customize the journal batch name according to the client requirement.
