Import AutoInvoice - Transaction Complete status and Time taken

Summary:

We have 3rd Party Tax (Avalara) enabled and also the document sequencing enabled. It has been observed that Import Autoinvoice successfully completed, but in back ground it takes time to update transaction number with document sequencing number and then changing the status to Complete

Any idea why there a delay and normally how much time it takes, as we have to schedule Print Transactions form.

Also we have close 1,50,000 SO lines per day. How much time it will take for Autoinvoice to complete and process all records.

If there any set-up if we have decrease the time further.
