Retain overqualification info using best-fit job to person

Summary:

Hi experts,

Is it possible to retain the overqualification info when computing best-fit using the competency proficiency levels? For example, I have a proficiency level of 4 for the competency FEEDBACK and the job profile I'm interested requires a proficiency level of 3 for the same competency. Is it possible to capture this overqualification via the percentage computed by the best-fit or in any other way?

Thank you in advance.

Kindly regards,

Oliviero Riva
