Summary:

We have a requirement to stop cancel work relationship if there are any person external identifiers existing for the worker ?

Can we create a auto complete rule for this requirement ? I know there is one module identifier for this shared among create and cancel work relationship. How to specifically identify if the transaction is cancel work relationship only and not create work relationship ?
