Where to find the history of the nudges triggered for journey not completed
Summary:
We have an onboarding journey, and nudge for reminding the employees when the journey is not completed.
- Is there any way to check the history to know how many reminders were sent, on what date and the recipients? Anything we can see in UI or backend table?
- We configured the nudge with schedule=Yes and added a schedule. However, there is no configuration for timing. At what time does the nudge runs? Can we configure the time so that nudge should run and send email reminders daily at 10AM?
