24B: SkillsCenter

Summary:

Hi Everyone, After 24B upgrade 'SkillsCenter' feature has appeared for custom Line manager role in My Team even though we do not have ORA_HRT_VIEW_TEAM_SKILLS_AS_MANAGER privilege. We have hidden this with Structure as we do not have any requirement. However, we understand that Edit person skills and Qualification privilege is also giving extra access for SkillCenter. But, we cannot hide or remove skills and qualification privilege as we have configurations. Anyone is facing the same issue here? Please share your thoughts.
