Trying to schedule back to back sessions and getting Error - WLF-5145161

Summary:

We are trying to schedule 2 different offerings Instructor Led offerings that are 09:30 to 14.15 and then 14:30 to 15:30 and are getting error message WLF-5145161

We have the created the first ILT offering successfully with the start and end times of 09:30 to 14:15 and then when we add the next offering with an activity in the same classroom starting from 14:30 to 15:30 we get an error message

I've seen there is a bug linked to copying ILT offerings is this connected or something different
