Hi All,

I am looking to capture some specific information on the Monitor Initiative page after the evaluation is completed. As far I know, there are no descriptive flexfields available on the Monitor Initiative page. Can I use page personalization to add a new field on the page ? If its possible, are there any documents or guides i can refer to do that?
