How to track LBAC?

For checks/audits, it is relevant for us that activities in the LBAC area in the Security Console are logged .

Example: Adding a new IP address should be visible later in a report. (CCC_LBAC) Who made which change and when? (Report_Result)

There are no results regarding the LBAC and the IP address. Is global human resources the right product?
Even if we search with the corresponding user, we cannot find any results.
Is there a standard report or a self-created report that tracks these activities? In which part is the LBAC located?
