We need assistance in identifying table(s) that capture shipment errors

Hi Team,

We are building a BI report to fetch errors that occur during the shipment process triggered by HighJump via REST API. Currently, the team identifies errors from a spreadsheet located at: Supply Chain Execution --> Inventory Management --> Shipments --> Manage Shipping Transaction Corrections.

The new report successfully fetches the success status and error status messages and codes at the shipment level. However, we are unable to retrieve errors occurring at other levels i.e at shipment Line level , Packing Units Level and Shipment Costs Level.

Could you please help us obtain these additional error details?

We have used the following tables and joins in building the BI report:
