How we can disable multiple triggers of a button in OFS?

Summary:

We have two buttons

. Due to a lack of technician awareness, these buttons are being triggered multiple times, resulting in a heavy load on the message queue. To prevent multiple triggers, we need to implement restrictions. How can we achieve this?
