In RUI Personal Details page, we have a Page Composer personalization to hide the PLUS icon for Disability, section for Employees, so EE role can not ADD disability records.

When changing to Redwood Personal Details, we can no longer use Page Composer - and I do not see anywhere in VBS to hide the PLUS icon.

Question is - how can we hide the PLUS icon from the Disability section for Employee role in VBS (is it even possible?!) if it is not possible how can we prevent EE's from adding Disability records?
