SQL for External Candidate

To delete candidates that did not meet the legal requirements, we need a report that contains the following:
>External job applications ONLY
>Job application has not been moved/updated for over 1 year
>Candidates that were never moved to HR
>Job applications from Ghent are excluded

Can you help us with the SQL?
We tried to do it in Analytics but failed.
