Restrict System to Fall Schedule Shipdate on Weekends and Holidays

Summary:

We have a requirement from business to make the system in such a way that Schedule shipdates do not fall on Weekends and Holidays based on Order Types.

Eg. For Ordertype ="X", during order creation/revision, the Schedule Shipdate should be blocked for Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. If the Schdule shipdate falls on Saturday, it should be automatically populate the next Monday date.
