why on manage inspection characteristics page (Redwood) charcteristic are not visible in 24B update?

Summary:

Since, Oracle 24B patch is applied to oracle pod, under manage inspection characteristics page inspection characteristics are not visible. Even though when i click on the options and characteristics info page opens there i can see its name but on the main page its simply blank! is it a bug or i am missing something ?
