Succession Plan Overview in My Client Group doesn't display (Responsive UI)

Hi there
I have to get start the configuration of the Talent module, in particular the "Succession Plan" management.
Using a "super user", I mean an Administrator with, by the way, the Human Resources Specialist role, I'm not able to get access to Succession Plan in "My Client Group" in order to Create a new one. I mean, I'm able to get access only in "Succession Plan" with the Redwood UI.
At the moment, the client doesn't need to active the Redwood UI, so we need to active the "succession plan" in Responsive UI.
Creating a sandbox by using the tool "Structure", I am noticing three possible "Succession Plan" I can active:
