Talent Review Template in Redwood

Summary:

We wanted to have Redwood only for Talent Review hence, enabled the profile options related to it. However, the Talent Review Templates are not working as expected. Previously created templates are not listed, still shows "No data to display".

Additionally, tried adding the new template from Redwood page as well , but it did not appear either. Is there any set up to make talent review templates visible?
