Hello,

We have an employee who is unable to view his offer letter in DOR, so ideally when they accept job offer it sits in their.

Here he is an employee he has been in active in system from past 6 months, now when he checks his offer letter he isn't able to view it.

While we who are the admin can view it , can someone help in understanding how to solve this ?
