VBS is not showing on any of our pods that have moved to Cloud Console

Summary:

Unable to find Visual Builder in all pods.

All our pods have been upgraded to the cloud console, where we are now expecting to have Visual Builder on all pods to work with Redwood.

But we do not see Visual Builder in the system and none of the pages show "Edit Page in Visual Builder".

We cannot see Visual Builder in the list of applications on the pod either (see screen shot below from the console)

Are we missing something that we need to do to get VBS activated in all our pods?
