The customer want to do the following

also, if we have such kind of inputs from external and can we link it or we should be entering this manually or uploading it?

2- can we integrate with third party to upload the potential

3- create something because we for that purpose to show the spider graph you have to create position profile plus for some employees you have to
add skills, their qualifications, their competency level and then you have to show the spider graph.
