We have orders from the old EBS system that have been brought forward into Fusion and now require to be finally closed. Rather than having to open period (March) 2023/12 to allow these to be closed we are looking to investigate changing the budgetary control options so that the closure goes against the system date as the default date rule (per 1st screenshot attached) rather than the budget date from the original PO (2023/12). When we had a look at this we are given the following warning "changing the budgetary control or encumbrance accounting settings may invalidate the existing data
