How to identify if the action performed was a delete or add in autocomplete rule

Summary:

How to identify if the action performed was a delete or add in autocomplete rule

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We have a requirement to maintain only 2 Local Managers per employee. This is a manager type we have created in addition to the Line Manager.

On the Change Manager flow, if the employee already has 4 Managers already, when we delete a manager the autocomplete triggers and doesn't allow the delete since the autocomplete is checking the number of existing manager rows and since it is >2 and error is triggered.

  1. We need to be able to identify if the action performed is Delete and allow that delete. If the number of managers is more than 2, we need to be able to read the action performed was Delete and allow deleting the row.

Howdy, Stranger!
