User wants to see only the Invoice infotiles

Summary:

User needs to check or see the invoice infotiles. We found a document Payables Invoice Inquiry (Read-Only custom role) (Doc ID 2360565.1)
but it is showing only 2 infotiles -Holds and Approvals. But not able to see rest of the infotiles - Approvals and prepaid.

Is there any role or privileges to see all the infotiles but not to create the invoices or any other tasks.
