How to make Version dimension selection dynamic based on Scenario selection

Summary:

Trying to figure out how to make the Version dimension selection on a report dynamic based on what is chosen by the user for Scenario.

For example, if Actual is selected we always want Final selected for Version. If Budget is selected, we always want Working selected for Version.
