How to handle "Personnel File Request" in Oracle HCM

Summary:

Hello,

Per Personnel Records Review Act, Current and Former employees can request their Personnel File information from the employer.

I would like to know the following:

  1. Does Oracle HCM cater this request currently? Or anything planned in future releases?
  2. Could someone share how they are handling this request currently?
  3. What all related data can be retrieved for this type of request from Oracle HCM currently?
  4. Is there a way that we can print the data to a file (may be PDF) ?
