Summary:

I have been trying to configure the Recommended Actions for Opportunities and following the below article:

I am able to get the recommendation action in the oppty UI but unable to understand how AI is evaluating the actions.

My environment:

I have queries related to following AI feature:

  • As per the documentation, I have checked "Display alert when user-provided win probability differs by this amount" but even though there is difference in win probability more than threshold, no warning/display message is shown on UI. Is there any additional configuration required for same?
