Duplicate data for employees Worker Assignment Real Time & Employment Contract Real Time

Summary:

We have an analysis to fetch the full staff list. Recently, we have updated some position with new departments and parent positions due to organization restructure, so some of the affected employees would have a synchronize from position record in their assignment history.

After the position synchronization, the same report we used shows duplicate assignments to those with synchronize from position records since then.
