While entering the address, employee should not be able to enter PO Box

While entering the address, employee should not be able to enter PO Box in Address Line 1 or Address Line 2 for Type Home Address.

While entering the details in Address Line 1 or Address Line 2, when entering the Home address, the employee should not be able to add a string PO Box, We have created a auto complete rule to restrict it, but its not working as required. In the rule set we have added a condition stating that PO Box should not be allowed to be entered, when we are just entering the string PO Box its working well, but when we are adding any other text along with this, its not working as required.
