Extended HcmV2 skill responds "You don't have permission to access this information."

Summary:

1. To meet business requirements, we have extended the HcmV2 skill and disabled few intents. The extended Hcm skill works properly with enabled intents.
2. We have cloned the extended skill to replace the Job Name with Position Name. This was achieved by making changes in the Components in package hcm-1.0.0 and deployed the package hcm-1.0.0.tgz successfully. Now when we try any of the utterance, the skill responds "You don't have permission to access this information.".

We have observed that if we select 'Enable Role for Access from All IP Addresses' for Employee role then we are getting valid responses.
