Is there a way to be notified or ideas that are created under certain categories and statuses?

Summary:

One category that currently interested in is RSSP since this is a major change to the way requisitions are created and processed. Alot of questions and ideas have been created on this subject and currently the only way to view them is to scroll through the list. By allowing downloading of the ieas/questions, etc. it may reduce duplicated ideas or questions and allow us see updates on issues that may affect our organization. Additionally, we want to make sure we inform our users of any new or loss functionality. This would be a
