Delivered Journey - Add a Child

Hi,
I am trying to assign an 'Add a child journey' template. The category is 'Person'.
There is no action available for this template to trigger hence, I created events with below screenshot details.
Employees add a contact type with a relationship type as Child. However, the journey is not getting assigned.
Has anyone worked with this journey template? Any insight will be helpful.
