Create a career site landing page for specific countries

We are currently migrating from Taleo to ORC. This migration is happening region wise. Let's say one region has been implemented fully, how to make sure the clicking on career site from these regions routes a candidate to ORC Career Site and for others to the Taleo Career Site. Can any localization or rule be put up or handled at the infra level which takes care of such situation?
