Change sender (email) for supplier portal notification

Summary:

We need to change the sender for email notifications to suppliers from the supplier portal by a generic company email.
E.g. procurement_no-reply@company.com

This email needs to replace the standard one for all notifications sent to users with category SUPPLIER_USER for account creation, password reset, etc.... Notifications to existing employees should not be affected by this change.
