Value appears away in Percentage of Eligible salary

Summary:

Hi All,

We use "Percentage of eligible salary" column to enter Increment percentage. When a value is entered and if take the cursor away, automatically the value disappears.

Salary is present for the employee. We have copied the seeded line manager role and made a custom role.

What could be the issue?
