Cannot see all the internal categories in Redwood Help desk
we have defined lot of internal categories for help desk. However, for some reason we can only see internal categories till letter "C", PFA screen print
which only displays till letter C, we have other internal categories which are not visible in the drop down, however, when we search we could find the internal categories and use it.
How to bring all the internal categories to the drop down?
