Best practice to handle absence record for multiple part time assignments for one employee.

Hi Team,

We have a number of cases where employees have multiple assignments, all of which are part-time. How can we handle their absence cases in one primary record?

Looking for best practice solution on this.

Note: Currently, an employee's primary assignment is enrolled in one part-time absence plan. However, the employee works in different assignments, and including all assignments, the employee works 28 hours per week. The Leave balance calculation for the employee is not calculating the correct balance.
