How to activate the purchasing profile option "PO_LOAD_ITEMS_IN_ALL_LANGUAGES"

Hello everyone,
I'm trying to activate the purchasing profile option "PO_LOAD_ITEMS_IN_ALL_LANGUAGES" but when I search for it I don't see it, has anyone had the same problem?


Do I have to do anything additional to activate it and be able to view it?
